The Thermotec Inverter Pro Horizontal range is designed for swimming pools, koi ponds, swim spas and hot tubs, offering high efficiency, low noise and reliable year-round performance. Available in 9kW, 12kW, 17kW, 19.5kW and 24.2kW models, these fully inverter-driven heat pumps automatically adjust fan and compressor speed to match demand, reducing running costs and improving temperature stability.

With COPs of up to 13, they deliver excellent efficiency, while larger evaporators improve performance at low air temperatures. The range can heat and cool, operates in air temperatures down to -15°C, and is especially well suited to indoor pools and koi ponds used all year round.

Each unit includes a free Wi-Fi module for remote control and monitoring through the Aqua Temp app or web browser, plus a 5-inch colour touch screen control panel for easy operation. The Wi-Fi module also supports remote diagnostics and technical support where required.

Wi-Fi & Controls

The supplied Wi-Fi module allows remote control and monitoring using the Aqua Temp app or a web browser. Functions include on/off control, temperature adjustment, timer settings, mode selection, silence mode, history graphs, weather information, and fault code display.

The 5-inch backlit colour touch screen shows water temperature, operating mode, timer status, fan operation, time, date, ambient temperature, fault codes, pool temperature history and power consumption graphs.

Sizing assumes the pool or pond is covered to reduce heat loss and improve efficiency. For koi ponds, sizing assumes winter use at around 12°C with the pond covered.

Important Notes

• A Wi-Fi signal is required at the heat pump location for the supplied Wi-Fi module
• If Wi-Fi is unavailable, a 3G/4G module or signal extension solution may be needed
• For koi ponds, a backup heater is recommended in very cold weather
• A minimum pond water temperature of +8°C is required for start-up
• A bypass is recommended to allow winter draining
