1.5" Bypass Kit for Heat Pumps (White)

The bypass kit is recommended for installation of all heat pumps

Installing a bypass allows you to isolate the pool heat pump in winter while still allowing water to circulate around the pool water circuit to prevent freezing.

The bypass can also be used to adjust the water flow through the heat pump by slightly opening or closing the bypass valve.

Our bypass kits contain:-

• 3 x Ball Valves
• 2 x T-Pieces
• 2 x 90 degree elbows

The kit is available in four sizes:-

• 1.5"
• 2"
• 50mm
• 63mm

To see which size you require, look at the writing stamped on your existing pool pipework.

(do not just measure the external diameter of your existing pipes as this is different)

Note, to connect 1.5" pool pipe to a 50mm outlet on a pool heat pump, we recommend that you also purchase 2 x 1.5" to 50mm adaptor bushes (listed seperately)
