The Castro is a premium rectangular wooden swimming pool for families, entertaining and serious swimming. It is supplied as a self-build kit in Bronze, Silver or Gold equipment packages, with options for above-ground, in-ground or part-in-ground installation.

What is included with The Castro wooden pool?

The Castro has a 44mm pressure-treated Scandinavian redwood structure, chosen for durability, natural insulation and long-term performance. Its modular construction is designed for stability, straightforward maintenance and reliable use.

Which equipment package should I choose?

The filtration system is supplied with a pump, filter and glass media. The equipment package determines the heating, cover and cleaning equipment supplied; confirm your chosen package and final contents when ordering.

What size garden is The Castro suited to?

The Castro’s rectangular layout provides generous space for swimming, relaxing and entertaining. It is suited to larger gardens and can also be upgraded with a counter-current system for more focused swimming.

Can The Castro be installed in the ground?

Yes. The Castro is suitable for above-ground, in-ground or part-in-ground installation. It requires a suitable concrete base.

DIY installation is possible using the supplied installation guide, although professional installation is recommended. Delivery times may vary according to the selected product configuration.

What upgrades are available?

Optional upgrades include lighting, heating, covers, counter-current systems and plant housings. Liner upgrades are also available.

Who should not buy this pool?

The Castro is not suitable for saltwater systems. It is also not the right choice if a concrete base cannot be provided, or if you need a pool supplied with a saltwater-compatible system.
