The Thermotec Inverter 24kW 3 Phase Horizontal heat pump is a high-performance swimming pool heater designed for excellent efficiency, quiet operation and reliable year-round use. This model is part of the previous Thermotec Inverter case design and remains available for immediate delivery at a great price, while newer models are now sold under the Thermotec Inverter Pro range.

Fully inverter driven, the unit automatically adjusts fan and compressor speed to match the pool’s heating demand. This helps reduce running costs, improve temperature stability and lower start-up current, making it suitable for sites with sensitive or limited electrical supply. With COPs of up to 13, it delivers excellent efficiency, while larger evaporators improve heat output at lower air temperatures.

The unit includes a free WiFi module for remote control and monitoring using the Aqua Temp app or web browser, plus a 5-inch colour touch screen control panel for easy operation. It can heat and cool, operates in air temperatures down to -15°C, and is also suitable for koi ponds, indoor pools, swim spas and hot tubs.

WiFi & Controls

The supplied WiFi module allows remote control and monitoring using the Aqua Temp app or a web browser. Functions include on/off control, temperature adjustment, timer settings, mode selection, silence mode, temperature history, weather information, and fault code display.

The 5-inch backlit colour touch screen shows water temperature, operating mode, timer status, fan operation, time, date, ambient temperature, fault codes, pool temperature history and power consumption graphs.

Sizing assumes the pool or pond is covered to reduce heat loss and improve efficiency. For koi ponds, sizing assumes winter use at around 12°C with the pond covered.

Important Notes

• This is the previous Thermotec Inverter case design and remains available while stocks last
• A WiFi signal is required at the heat pump location for the supplied WiFi module
• If WiFi is unavailable, a 3G/4G module or signal extension solution may be needed
• For koi ponds, a backup heater is recommended in very cold weather
• A minimum pond water temperature of +8°C is required for start-up
• A bypass is recommended to allow winter draining
