We are selling a new Heatstar Phoenix XF 3000 Super Plus Three Phase Air Handling Unit, on behalf of the owner as it has never been installed.
The Heatstar Phoenix XF 3000 Super Plus units are for indoor swimming pools and provide dehumidification, energy recycling back to room air and pool water and air heating via LPHW. They require ducting to transfer the air to and from the pool hall.
This unit was purchased in 2008 and has never been installed as was sized incorrectly for the pool.
It is in very good condition, and is in full working order but does not meet current building regulations for new pool builds.
This unit covers a pool surface area of 60m2, uncovered for 2-6 hours a day at 29° pool water temperature. While the pool is used from 1-4 hours a day in a room air temperature of 30°. The pool hall that this unit was built for was 384m3.
We can provide extended warranty contracts from Heatstar to provide servicing and parts for this unit if required.
The unit requires ducting into the pool hall (not included).
It is a 3 phase model requiring a power supply of 39A.
It requires a boiler of about 8kw to provide the heat source.
It outputs 6kw of heat to the pool hall
It outputs 17kw of heat to the pool water
Its dehumidification capacity is 3.7 l/hr
