Kit 5 Above Ground Swimming Pool Connection Kit

When installing an above ground pool, you may find it confusing to attach all the different hoses as each pool/pump and filter and heat pump comes with different connections.

At Heatpumps4Pools Ltd we have tried to make this task as easy as possible but there are a few different factors to take into account.

The basic layout should look like the picture below:

We have labelled the 6 connection points so that we can advise where the pieces of the Kit is to be positioned 1-6.

1. Description

This kit is for the use with a an above ground pool that has 38mm connections and allows the connection of the following circulation pump & filters:

1. Iflo 500 Sand Filter

with the following Heat Pumps:

1. Thermotec Neo 15.5kW
2. Thermotec Neo 18.4kW

2. This Kit includes the following:

• 1 x 38mm Intex Hose – Use between the Pump and Filter and the Heat Pump (Connections 3 to 4)
• 3 x 2″ to 1.5″ Reducing Nipple (Connections 2, 4 & 5)
• 1 x Male hose tail (Connection 3)
• 1 x Adapter B (Connection 3)
• 1 x Glue

3 x 2″ to 1.5″ Reducing Nipple (Connections 2, 4 and 5)	1 x Intex 38mm Hose (Connections 3 to 4)	1 x Male hose tail (Connection 3)	1 x Adapter B (Connection 3)	1 x Glue (Connection 3)

3. Fitting Guide

1. 2 x Reducing Nipple’s can be placed on the Inlet/Outlet of the Thermotec Heat Pump – (Connections 4 & 5)
2. 1 x Reducing Nipple’s can be placed on the Outlet of the Iflo 500 – (Connections 3)
3. The reducing adapter supplied with the Iflo 500 can then be glued to the outlet and the Male hose tail glued to that. (Connection 2)
4. The Adapter B can then be attached to the Male hose tail (Connection 2)
5. The 38mm Intex Hose is to be connected to the Reducing Nipples  on the iFlo 500 outlet and Heat Pump inlet. (Between Connections 3 to 4)
6. 38mm Hoses supplied with pool can connect Pool to Pump and Heat Pump to Pool (Connections 1 & 2, 5 & 6)

4. Availability

We try to hold a large amount of stock of these kits in the UK which can be shipped to any UK address on a 1 – 3 day delivery service.

However sometimes in very busy periods there may be a delay from suppliers on some of the parts needed for these kits – so we will update the website when this  situation occurs.

5. Delivery

Shipping for order under £100 is £9.50, orders over the £100 are free of charge to the UK Mainland.
