This item allows you to connect your 50mm Semi Rigid Hose to 1.5" threaded female outlet (male thread on this fitting)

For example if being used directly with a Heat Pump which has a 1.5" threaded (female) outlet - this can be screwed directly into the heat pump as it has a 1.5" male thread
