We regularly send heat pumps to France, Spain, Canary Islands, Greece and the Netherlands etc

Smaller pools up to 2m in length

The smaller pools can be delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift, and will be delivered on a pallet to your driveway.

You must then arrange unpack the pallet and to carry the individual pieces from the pallet to the pool position

It would be useful to get help to unload as there is a large quantity of wood to unload

Larger pools over 2m in length

The larger pools will be delivered on a high sided lorry without a taillift or forklift

The driver will call before arriving to give you advance notice and to arrange for the necessary help to unload the pool.

When the lorry arrives, you must have sufficient labour available to unpack the crates on the lorry and stack the individual items in the desired position.

We recommend that 3/4 people are available to unload the pools. One/two people on the lorry to hand the wood down to 2/3 people to carry the wood to the desired position.

Please note there is a large amount of wood to unload and we believe that the driver will only wait for a reasonable time (eg 30 minutes) while you are unloading, so please ensure that you have enough manpower to unload the pool in this timeframe

A forklift is available at an additional cost of €500 for all deliveries in France (this is not available in the UK or other countries)

Heat Pumps

Note that the heat pumps are heavy and will require two or three people to move them safely.

They are normally delivered on a pallet with a taillift lorry and the pallet will be left in the driveway of your property

Delivery Terms

Most units are in stock and delivery typically takes approx 2 weeks from receipt of cleared payment.
The wooden pool will be delivered in several large wooden pallets on a high sided lorry.
Before delivery, the delivery company should call you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
When the lorry arrives at your property, you will need to unload each piece of wood from the pallets and stack them in your garden ready for assembly.
Having additional help to unload the wood when the pool is delivered will reduce the unloading time.
Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning or assembly of item
Delivery charges included with the products are to mainland UK only (excluding some Scottish postcodes). Other areas/countries on request.

Please be sure to check goods for any damage before signing for them. We cannot accept damaged goods once the delivery note has been signed that the goods were received in good condition.
